The Zoo With Booboo, Zanna and Gus Too

Can you guess why Booboo was giving such a big cheese??


We were on our way to the zoo
and even Clifford the Big Red Dog was there!


But Booboo likes Clifford better when he's just on PBS Kids.


So after Clifford,
we went to see the lemurs.
They like me.


And did you know that even
Cousin Gus met us at the zoo??
He helped me tame some buffalo we ran into.


And Cousin Zanna was there too!
She and Booboo looked very pretty
and very relaxed.


Here we are taming a wild rhino!


Booboo is always on the lookout for adventure.


I love this new Spongebob ride!
I can't wait to try it!


We also got to see Scotty and his mom do
some tricks for us!

Mom and Booboo found some nice shade for a photo op.


Cousin Gus and I ruled these gorillas!


It's very misty in the Gorilla Forest!
I love riding through the mist a lot!

Booboo and I were so good at the zoo,
that we got to go to McDonalds and
get a happy meal and happy toys!!


We sure do love happy meals!

Mom and Dad Take Me Out to the Ball Game

On Sunday, we all went downtown to
Louisville Slugger Field to see the Bats play!


And even Mom and Booboo came too!


When we got there, I was very excited to see
all those baseball players on the field.



Booboo was having a great time in the stands
with her animal crackers...


But Dad taught me that baseball games are about
nachos, popcorn and big pretzels!!


I brought my glove to catch any foul balls.


The Bats have the lead!!!


Mom made a joke about how when you go to a ballgame it's
time to strap on the feedbag....
But I think she had a good idea!


I'm loving this game!


Yep, my first baseball game was awesome!
Can't wait for the next one!

A Cookout and Cornhole

We all went for a big family cookout at my Great-Aunt Bonnie's house
a little while ago.


Even "Hollywood Booboo" was there!


It was my very first time to play this game
called "cornhole."
I was very good.


Then it was time to fill up the pool
and take a dip with all my cousins!


I think Booboo liked the food
better than the pool....


But Cousin Gus and I loved splashing all around!


We were having a blast!!!


And I even got to squirt the hose all over.


Did I mention that Booboo enjoyed the food?


After we splashed for a while,
it was time for more cornhole!
I was even better than Mom!



Booboo and this big puppy dog
made friends and she was having fun petting his soft fur!


She sure did like that puppy dog!


And I sure did like hanging out with Gus and McKena
and Hailee.
What a very fun party!
I'll sure be looking forward to the next one!

I Commune With Nature

Every morning, Mom and I go out and water our garden
and all our vegetables.
These plants are getting huge!!!


Behold! Our first cucumber from our garden!


And there was even another one to pick too!
Our hard work is paying off.


Let's go and get some lettuce now so
we can make a salad!


The tomatoes aren't quite ready yet,
but I'm sure they will be soon.


I sure am proud of our garden!


Watering our plants is thirsty work!


After we water our plants,
we always go see our magnolia tree.


I love smelling those magnolias and
Mom even lets me pick a petal to take inside!
Yep, I'm sure good at this nature stuff!

I Ensure a Bathnight....

The other day, we went into the backyard
and Booboo and I decided that even though
we'd had a bath at lunch time,
we wanted another one.


I told her I knew a perfect way to make sure
we got to play in the bubbles again....


DIRT!


Booboo really liked my idea and dug right in!


It sure was fun making dust clouds!


I think I got a pretty good dusting on myself!


Then it was off to get hot and sweaty
going down my slide!


Yep, I'm a man with a plan!


All that hard work paid off
and wouldn't you know we got 2 baths in 1 day!

I Go to Shogun and It's My New Favorite Place

This weekend I got to go to Shogun for the first time!
I loved all the excitement at the hibachi grill
and I especially loved eating my yummy food with chopsticks!


Booboo had to use her fork at first...


But when she saw how I was eating with these chopsticks....


she decided to give them a try with her other hand.


I sure did like the food at Shogun,
but my favorite was the pond they had inside
with all these big fish!!


I kept telling Dad that they needed my help
getting in my hands.


But he told me they had to stay in the pond.


I'm still talking about that pond and all those fish!
I can't wait to go back and see it all again!
