Did you know that my fort is so much fun
that even The Critter visits me in it??

She's not very good at playing fetch, though.
Whenever I throw the balls and say GO,
she just sits there.

Even though she never stays for long,
it's fun to have playmates in my fort!

Riley Toes

It's breakfast time!!

Mom asked me if I wanted some strawberry toast for breakfast,
but instead of strawberry toast, I found Riley toes!

Hmmm... might need some butter....

Wonder if these Riley toes taste any better?

Riley toes just aren't very filling...

I Join The Percussion Section

Cousin Gus Comes to Visit

Today, Aunt Steph and Cousin Gus came to visit me!


He went for a ride on my airplane...

And Cousin Gus wanted to shoot some hoops,
but my basketball goal was in the other room...


So we just played ball instead...

And Aunt E also came and she played ball with us, too!

We also played and played in my fort.


It sure is fun to hang out with you, cuz!

Thanks for bringing Cousin Gus to play, Aunt Steph!
I think we wore each other out.

I know I'll sleep very good tonight
after all the adventures we had today!

Hurry Back, Memaw and Grandad!

Yesterday, Memaw and Grandad came to see me
before they left for a big trip.

I'm going to miss them lots and lots but
I wanted to be brave so Memaw and I put on our game faces!

I'm very glad that they got to see me before they left!

And would you believe that Memaw and Grandad
played with me in my fort, too!?
I love having visitors in my fort!

Then it was time to say Adios for now!
Have lots and lots of fun and
bring me back lots of good stuff!!!

I Help Dad With Some Home Improvements

Dad had a very big adventure and started repainting our condo!
I told him I would help taking the tape off the walls..
But the tape was very high up so I had to use this ladder.

Mom didn't think I was going to climb all the way to the top...

But here I am!
I knew I could do it!

Whew!
All that climbing and taking tape off can make a fellow work up a sweat!
So do I have stinky feets now, Dad??
I'm such a good helper!

I Get A Care Package

Yesterday, I got a package delivered from the UPS man.
He said it was from my Great Aunt Debbie all the way in Mississippi!
It was a lot of Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday clothes for me!

This blue shirt was my favorite!
I love blue and will be wearing lots of it for the big game tomorrow.

Thanks Aunt Debbie for all my new gear!
I look so cute in everything that as soon as I saw myself in this mirror,
I had to give me some love!

I Say Bye-Bye to 2007

Tonight, Mom and Dad told me that this was the very last day in 2007!

We went to dinner with my friend Haley to celebrate.

My friends Cindi and Matt also came to dinner with us!

After a very good dinner,
we came home and talked about our New Year's Resolutions.

That's so funny though
because I don't even have any bad habits at all!

Happy New Year, everyone!
Mom told me that we had a terrific 2007 and
that 2008 will be even better!

I Order Off of The Menu

Today we went to lunch with Memaw and Grandad.
I am getting so big that I got my own menu and my own crayons!

After I perused the menu,
I circled a couple of meals that I would like to have
and showed it to Mom.

Hmmm... Chicken and cheese quesadillas...

I like eating off the menu,
but nothing beats a nice cold cup of milk!

I Get My Own Place

I decided that since I was a whole year old,

it was time I had my own place.
Dad helped me assemble my new fort...

Look at all these poles!
I can't wait to see my fort all put together!

WOW!!!
This is super cool!!!

Dad put some of my toys in there
and I went in to play and play.

Want to come in here and play too??

I sure do like having my own place,
but I still like to visit Mom and Dad very often!
