I Meet My Baby Sister

Yesterday I got to see pictures of my baby sister on her blog.

She's so pretty!

Here we are sharing Dad's lap at the hospital!

I did tell her, though, not to forget that I was here first....

I was very good at sharing the Daddy Chair with Katelyn.

I can't wait to squeeze her and play and play!

It's sure going to be fun teaching her all my tricks!

that I even ventured down to the deep end of the tub??

I Start Pulling My Own Weight

Time to update my blog again!
Mom said that with my baby sister coming very soon,
that she would need my help with a few things.

No problem, Mom!
I can brush my teeth...

And I can even brush my baby hair!
I sure do have a lot of it and Dad said it was time for a cut...

Wait, Dad! I just wanted a trim!!
Oh well, it'll grow back
plus it's easier to brush the baby hair, now...

I also help Mom by unloading the dishwasher
while she loads it up.

I even help unpack all the groceries...
GOLDFISH! NUM!
These are definitely mine...

And I even help Dad around the house, too.
He told me to push up my sleeves and
help him get to work painting the pantry.
My hands were full though, so I pushed my pant legs up instead.

Hey, Dad!
Is this how this thing works???

Very big helpers such as myself can work up
a very big appetite too!

Don't worry, Mom!
I can do it!
Yep, I sure am a very big helper around the house now!

And water is very good to wash everything down with.

Sometimes apples and bananas can get pretty messy, though.

And would you believe that even though bath night was last night,
Mom told me I get to have another bath tonight?!

They mean lots of playtime with Dad,
staying up late and sleeping in late too!

so I can grow up to be very big and strong!

My tummy sure is filled with lots of good stuff to eat!

Did you know that my fort is so much fun
that even The Critter visits me in it??

She's not very good at playing fetch, though.
Whenever I throw the balls and say GO,
she just sits there.

Even though she never stays for long,
it's fun to have playmates in my fort!

Hmmm... might need some butter....
