I Love to Hide

I love to hide and I love when
everybody else hides with me!
Sometimes I have to tell Mom
to put the camera down, though.


Sometimes I make forts.


I like when Dad hides with me in my forts
and I always tell him to come on and hide with me!

But my favorite hiding place of all
is with Dad and Booboo under a blanket!


Booboo's hair usually gets a lot of static in it,
but you can see that mine is too short to stand straight up!


I don't think Booboo likes getting her hair messed up,
but I sure do like when she hides with me!

I Love B-Dubs

Friday night I got to go to Buffalo Wild Wings
and have some yummy food
AND they had lots of big TVs so I could watch the ball games!


Even thought she didn't get to have
wings or a hamburger or anything good,
Booboo had a good time too!


But my favorite part about B-Dubs is the ice cream!


Even though my ice cream was supposed to be just for me,
Booboo got some on her fingers and
I think she liked it a lot too.

Hooray for B-Dubs!

Baby It's Cold Outside!

Dad had to mow the grass today for one more time before
we have lots of snow.
I'm a team player just like my shirt says
and I wanted to help him so I put on my hat and gloves.


After I got my winter gear on
I asked Mom please to open the door.


But do you know I had to stay inside?
I tried to help, Dad!
Maybe next time she'll open the door.

I Love Hats

I love wearing hats!
And did you know that I'll make a hat out of anything?
Even this toy pot that used to be Mom's!


Dad even likes to play "hats" with me too!
But every time I try to put a hat on Booboo's head,
Mom tells me to take it off.
Oh well. At least Dad wears my hats!

Happy Birthday to You, McKena!

Did you know that today my cousin McKena is two whole years old?
Here we are with Aunt E when we were just little babies!


And here we are with Cousin Gus and Booboo
having nummy popsicles on the 4th of July!


I hope you have a very happy today turning two!

I Get to Meet Zanna Rose

Did you know that I got a new cousin on this very day???
We all went to the hospital where she was born this morning
so she could meet us!


Mom even woke Booboo up from her nap
so she could see Uncle Reed and Aunt Steph too!


Here is my new cousin!!!
She was in the nursery when we got there,
so I had just had to look through the glass.
I kept telling Dad to open the window but
he wouldn't do it.


But then Zanna finally got to come to the room and
I was very happy to meet her even though she was sleepy.


Welcome to the world, Zanna!
We have lots of adventures ahead!

BUSTED

Did you know that I love chocolate very much!!!!????
In fact, I love it so much that I've even
started raiding the candy jar on the table...


And if I hadn't been making so many MMMMMMMMMMM
sounds while I was eating the chocolate,
I probably could have sneaked a lot more before Mom caught me.

I Observe the Changing of the Seasons

Yesterday I got to go outside and
watch a ton of leaves fall from all our big trees.


I even caught a couple!
See?


Booboo also got to come outside,
but Mom said that she's still too little to run around
and catch leaves like I do.


Mom and Dad and I were very busy raking up all
those leaves that fell.


There were piles of leaves as big as me!


It was very fun to rake them into a pile,
but I found it was also very fun to take them out
of the pile and throw them!


But the most fun I had was helping
Dad put all those leaves into these big bags!
Yep, I'm a very helpful fellow!

I'm a Good American

Today I got to help Mom vote for the new president!
It was very crowded, but once we got done voting
I got this cool sticker that says "I voted!"
I'm a very patriotic fellow.

I Get to Go Trick or Treating

All day long I wanted to put my costume on and go get some candy,
but Mom and Dad kept telling me I had to wait until later!


Later finally came and I was so excited
to get to wear my fuzzy mouse costume!


And Cousin Gus stopped by on his way to trick or treating!
Did you know that he was actually Superman??


Aunt Steph and Uncle Reed came to see me too!


When Cousin Gus - I mean Superman - left,
I made sure to give him some baby love.


Thanks for coming to see me in my costume, Aunt Steph!


After Cousin Gus - I mean Superman - left to go trick or treating,
we got ready to go out and get some candy too!


Come on Mom!!!!!
Hurry up! We need to make sure we get the good candy!


After I got a ton of candy,
Aunt E and Uncle Steve came over and
we all hung out to watch the other trick or treaters.
What a Happy Halloween I had!

Pumpkin Guts and Jack-O-Lanterns

Tonight was a very fun night!
We got to turn my pumpkin into a Jack-O-Lantern!
First Dad said we had to cut a hole at the top...


Then he showed me the inside and
all the pumpkin guts we had to scrape out.
But actually Mom and Dad scraped out the pumpkin guts
because I really didn't like the way it felt on my fingers.


So after all the guts were gone,
Dad started making this cool face on my pumpkin!


Isn't his pumpkin very scary!!!????


And then Mom tried to carve a pumpkin.
I think I like Dad's better.


After the pumpkins were carved,
we went out the front porch and
put candles in them!


I didn't see any other pumpkins
as cool as ours in the whole neighborhood!


Yep, I'm sure these pumpkins will impress
all the trick-or-treaters!!
